1. Pupil must address their teachers and all the members of the staff with respect.
2. Punctuality, courtesy and neatness are stressed upon.Habitual late comers will be sent home.
3. Going out of school campus during school hours is strictly prohibited.
4. Any damage to the school property (furniture, library books, lab materials) is considered breach
of discipline and will result in heavy penalty.
5. Audio/Video Cassettes, CD’s ,MOBILE PHONES are strictly prohibited in school. If a child
is caught with a mobile phone in a school, fine of Rs. 1000 will be charged.
6. The school is not responsible for lost goods. Students must not bring valuable articles to school.
7. The school should be informed if there is change in the home address or phone number, to
be used in case of emergency.
8. The school uniform is to be worn each day. The Uniform must be clean and in good condition.
1. Use the school diary as means of communication with the class teacher. Check the diary for
homework at regular basis.
2. Do sign the remarks and take necessary action.
3. Send your child equipped with tiffin, water bottle and proper books and notebooks. See that the
notebooks and books are covered withbrown paper and bearthe name of the ward.
4. Do not send the child to school in case of an infectious disease, and a fitness certificate
should be furnished from a medical authority at the time ofrejoining the school.
5. Please do not force your ward to answer test/ exam in case of illness.
6. New Entrants as well as absentees need to catch up whatever they have missed and complete
the work on their own.
7. Parents should make sure that for any absence from the school, writtenintimation is sent
to the class teacher.
8. All students are expected to join the school on the notified date at thebeginning of the
term.
9. School gate will be closed after the bell. Those who are late will not be allowed to attend the
school on that day.
10. A pupil who is absent from the school or fails to attend school on account of being late will have
to fill in the leave note signed by the parent and counter signed by the Vice Principal.
11. To be eligible for marks for a test, a pupil should be present for the full day after the test.
Parents are requested to keep the sick children at home, even if he/she misses an assessment.
12. Theward of those parents, who avoid meeting the authorities when advised to do so, may not be
allowed to attend the class.
13. The students should bring tiffin, water bottles, napkin and handkerchief daily to School from Nur-
Std V.
14. Valuablearticles like gold/diamond jewellery (chain & danglers), facial make up like eye makeup &
bindi is strictly prohibited in the school.
15. No student shall indulge in any of the following practices :Celebrating Birthdays, Making Party,
Rowdiness and Rude Behaviour, Riding on Vehicle in the Games Field, Bursting of Crackers, Playing Holi in the School Campus, Spoiling Gardens,Lawn, Flowers and Plants etc. They should also not use foullanguage (Unparliamentary language).
16. Parents are expected to cooperate with the school authorities in enforcing regularity and
discipline. They should take an active and helpful interest in the activities of the school.
Medical Guidance
Parents are requested to impart health education to their children .They are expected to :
1. Immunize their children as per the doctor’s advice.
2. Do not send children suffering from conjunctivitis, chicken pox, measles, influenza, mumps etc. to school till the prescribed period of infection isover.
3. Produce a doctor’s certificate permitting the child to attend school when a student returns to school after suffering from an infectious orcontagious disease.
4. Inform the school authorities in writing if the child is suffering from a chronic disease stating the history of illness and special precautions to be taken, if any.
1. 90% attendance is compulsory for promotion.
2. It is mandatory for all the students to be regular and punctual.
3. Attendance on the opening day, after any vacation is compulsory.
4. Absence from school will be excused only in case of illness.
5. Parents must sign the Absentism Record Page of the student’s diary and send a Medical Certificate.
