Admission Procedure
- Children are admitted to Nursery class with the age group of 3 yrs. to 4 yrs. As on 1st of April of the year of admission on the basis of computerised random selection as specified by RTE (Right to Education) Act.
- Admission in Std. XI is made on merit on the basis of a written test and interview if necessary.
- Admission to other classes depends upon vacancies. However if vacancies exist, a student will have to pass an entrance test to qualify for admission.
- Admission procedure for Nursery will normally begin in Oct./Nov., Std XI in Dec./Jan., and for other classes at the end of the scholastic year in March.
- A valid Birth Certificate from Notified Area Committee or of equally competent Govt. Authority must be produced at the time of admission for verification.
- 25% seat will be reserved for the BPL candidate at the entry level. (i.e. Nursery class).
N.B :The date of birth once registered cannot be altered under any circumstances.
Interview/ Test
- From classes I to VIII, candidate’s admissions will be granted on thebasis of availability of seats in the respective classes.
- In classes IX & XI, admission is granted on the basis of the performancein the previous class and the written test conducted in the school.
- The school authority reserves the right to short- list the candidates, afterwritten tests and interviews.
- The result will be available from the school office only.
- In classes X and XII, admissions are not granted as a matter of policy.
- Incomplete forms will be rejected during the short-listing of thecandidates.
Enclosures Required For Admission
Copies of the underwritten Certificates are required for the final admission
- Birth Certificate (Photostat).
- Marksheet (Photostat).
- Transfer Certificate(Original).
- Counter signed by concerned Regional officer.
- Migration Certificate (Original).
- Two recent attested photographs - For all the classes.
- Caste Certificate and for BPL candidates BPL Certificate – (Original).
